Ingredients

  • green, orange, red, yellow (anything) peppers
  • carrot
  • asparagus
  • boneless skinless chicken breast fillet
  • salt and pepper
  • dressing:
  • bbq sauce
  • thousand island
  • chilli sauce
  • lime juice

Instructions

  1. dressing:

  2. mix everything together. chill in the fridge before serving.

  3. slice the veggies into sticks. boil the veggies until tender

  4. season with salt and pepper.

  5. season and cook the chicken. thinly slice the chicken.

  6. saute the vegs and chicken slices altogether on a frying pan. adjust the taste to your liking by seasoning.

  7. chill everything in the fridge. pour the dressing over the salad just before serving it.
