strawberry Cheesecake pot

Ingredients
- 70g digestive biscuits
- 125g curd cheese
- 2 table spoon caster sugar
- 1 table spoon milk
- 70ml double cream
- 275g fresh strawberries
Instructions
1- put the biscuits in a strong polythene bag and crush them
2- Beat the curd cheese with 1 table spoon of caster sugar and the milk in a bowl
3-whip the double cream in a separate bowl then when its think mix it into the mixture
4-mash about a quarter of the strawberries with the other 1 table spoon on caster sugar
5-divide the biscuit crumbs between 6 pots or glasses
6-then spoon in some of the cheese mixture then some of the mashed strawberries then the rest of the strawberries on top
SERVE STRAIGHT AFTER OR CHILL IN THE REFRIGERATOR AND SERVE LATER ON
