Step 1:

  • 1- put the biscuits in a strong polythene bag and crush them
  • Step 2:

  • 2- Beat the curd cheese with 1 table spoon of caster sugar and the milk in a bowl
  • Step 3:

  • 3-whip the double cream in a separate bowl then when its think mix it into the mixture
  • Step 4:

  • 4-mash about a quarter of the strawberries with the other 1 table spoon on caster sugar
  • Step 5:

  • 5-divide the biscuit crumbs between 6 pots or glasses
  • Step 6:

  • 6-then spoon in some of the cheese mixture then some of the mashed strawberries then the rest of the strawberries on top
  • Step 7:

  • SERVE STRAIGHT AFTER OR CHILL IN THE REFRIGERATOR AND SERVE LATER ON
