strawberry crisps light and crispy By Guest Contributor May 31, 2011 Dessert Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0Ingredients40g strawberries30g sugar1-9 teaspoons of icing sugarpinch of salt1 egg100g plain flour30g grapes30ml waterInstructions Step 1: put the egg and the flour and the half the sugar and beat lightly Step 2: use another bowl put the strawberries grapes icing sugar and water Step 3: put the salt in the first bowl and spread on a greased baking tin Step 4: turn the oven to 150 degrees celcius and after the oven is ready put in the tin Step 5: meanwhile mix the other ingredients in the other bowl Step 6: then after 10-15 mins take out tin and lay on cooling rack for 5 mins and then spread the other mixture across it and serve Show Comments ▼
