Step 1: Ok, so first put about a golf ball size amount of oil into a skillet to warm. then add the ground pork seasoned with salt and pepper to the skillet to brown for about 2 or 3 minutes. when the pork is brown, add the frozen mixed vegetables and stir them in. let it simmer for a few minutes until the veggies are getting soft. add the cooking cream slowly, and lower the temperature a bit so it can boil. stir it a bit to keep from sticking to the pan, and add the cheese slowly and evenly to the mixture. when the cheese has melted and the mixture becomes thick, pop it into a plate and enjoy! it makes enough for about 2 people who eat a bit more than average, or 3-4 normal or snack sized eaters.
