Good way to improve cheap sausages

Ingredients

  • 6 sausages
  • 1/2 small onion, grated or finely chopped
  • 50g grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil the sausages on a medium heat for about 10 minutes

  2. drain and cut the sausages about 1/3 lengthways

  3. mix the cheese and onion together in a small bowl then stuff in the cut

  4. grill on medium heat for about 15 minutes, don’t turn the sausages
