Stuffed Cheesy Bell Peppers

First bring a pan of water to the boil and begin cooking you cous cous. As the cous cous is cooking fry your tomatoes (onions and mushrooms) and add whatever herbs and spices to taste. Take off the heat and drain your cous cous, then add to the tomato mixture and fry for another 4 minutes or so.
slice your bell pepper (or peppers in half) and carve out the inside, then fill with your tomato/cous cous mixture. Grate cheese and cover then put into a pre heated oven at 200 degrees. Cook until soft on the outside and cheese had browned.
