Step 1: Take the chicken breasts and cut the middle of the breast to make a little pocket.
Step 2: Fill the pocket with the sun dried tomatoes, mozzerella cheese and a basil leaf
Step 3: Wrap the whole chicken breast in parma ham
Step 4: Wrap the completed chicken breast in tin foil
Step 5: Put in the oven for about 40 minutes
Step 6: Serve with chips, or waffles or whatever
