Instructions

Step 1:

  • Take the chicken breasts and cut the middle of the breast to make a little pocket.
  • Step 2:

  • Fill the pocket with the sun dried tomatoes, mozzerella cheese and a basil leaf
  • Step 3:

  • Wrap the whole chicken breast in parma ham
  • Step 4:

  • Wrap the completed chicken breast in tin foil
  • Step 5:

  • Put in the oven for about 40 minutes
  • Step 6:

  • Serve with chips, or waffles or whatever
