Step 1:

  • fry onions and chicken breast in pan until midway cooked cook rice on a pan one cup of rice to one cup of water cook on slow heat for 15 mins. put pepers in oven 200 gas mark when halp cooked add rice in to pepers with chicken breast crush galrilic and add on to the top splash olive oil over the stuffed pepers and cook for a further 20 mins then grate chesse on top serve with saled or bread sprinkle mexican spice on the chicken whilst its cooking in pan.
