Ingredients

  • 1 Red Pepper
  • Peanut Butter
  • Tuna
  • Philadelphia
  • Chives (finely chopped)
  • 1 Small Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Garlic Clove (chopped)
  • Measurements depend on taste.

Instructions

  1. 1) Cut the pepper in half and de seed. Spread the peanut butter over each half inside

  2. 2) Mix together the tuna, philadelphia, chives, onion and garlic.

  3. 3) Spread the mixture on top of the peanut butter on each half

  4. 4) Bake in the oven at 200 degrees celcius for approximately 20 minutes or until the pepper is browning.
