Su soup
A yummy soup my brother makes!
Ingredients
Instructions
STEP 1:
Put water the bay leaves and the stock cube (crushed) into the saucepan. Stir and put on a medium heat

Chop the potato in relatively small pieces, dice the onion, cut the leek in rings/circles by cutting across, cut the carrot into cubes, and cut the pepper into small pieces
STEP 4:
STEP 5:
When the water is boiling put the vegetables (cut up) in the pan stir and add paprika
STEP 6:
Put a lid on the pan and leave for two minutes.
STEP 7:
STEP 8:
Take off the lid stir and add the oregano and milk
STEP 9:
STEP 10:
Cut the tomato in half and grate (yes, with a grater) each half into the pan
STEP 11:

Stir!
STEP 13:

Taste the soup, when it tastes right you can finish cooking

Season and serve!

My brother leaves it chunky, but you can put in a blender if you want

Top tip: for a really yummy soup grate in some cheese when it’s cooking!
