Step 1:

  • Put water the bay leaves and the stock cube (crushed) into the saucepan. Stir and put on a medium heat

  • Chop the potato in relatively small pieces, dice the onion, cut the leek in rings/circles by cutting across, cut the carrot into cubes, and cut the pepper into small pieces

  • When the water is boiling put the vegetables (cut up) in the pan stir and add paprika

  • Put a lid on the pan and leave for two minutes.

  • Take off the lid stir and add the oregano and milk

  • Cut the tomato in half and grate (yes, with a grater) each half into the pan

  • Taste the soup, when it tastes right you can finish cooking
