? preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tin ? i used 12x12in
Step 2:
? place the butter and chocolate (broken into chunks) in a bowl, and melt down, either in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or over a bubbling pan on the hob. When melted, remove from the heat and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes
Step 3:
? whisk together the eggs in a separate bowl
Step 4:
? when the chocolate mix is cool add to the eggs and mix together
Step 5:
? fold in the flour and cocoa powder until a nice gooey mix
Step 6:
? add chocolate chips if using ? 100g advised, i use 50g dark and 50g white for a bit of variety!
Step 7:
? you can add any other ingredients if liked, nuts or raisins for example
Step 8:
? transfer the mix to your baking tin, and place in the oven
Step 9:
? leave in for 25-30 minutes, until just firm to the touch
Step 10:
? remove from the oven and leave to cool for 30 minutes
Step 11:
? cut into squares and serve! Dust with icing sugar if wanted. Plain, cream, ice cream ? however you like it, just enjoy!
