Home › Dessert › summer fruits jelly summer fruits jelly RECIPE BY Guest Contributor jelly to impress PREP 0 min COOK 0 min TOTAL 0 min YIELD 0 JUMP TO RECIPE SHARE Facebook Share on Facebook Twitter Share on Twitter Pinterest Share on Pinterest Email Share via Email Ingredients– a jelly mould of your choice ( single moulds or one big one )– 1 packet of orange jelly crystals -1 packet of strawberry jelly crystals – a ice cube tray – double cream– a selection of summer friuts of your choice ( orange , strawberry , apple , raseberry)– water Instructions Step 1: 1) pour double cream into 1 ice cube mould or if you are doing singular jelly , match the amout u are doing.and put in the freezer. Step 2: 2)open the jelly crystals packets and mix the crystals together , follow the intructions on the packet by adding the correct amout of water. Step 3: 3) once the jelly is liquid, pour into your mould(s) Step 4: 4) put the jelly in the fridge for about 5 mins or until it reaches the consistancy of a thick sauce or cream. Step 5: 5)it it has reached that consistancy, take out of the fridge and gently push the whole ( or diced ) fruits into the jelly. Step 6: 6) now, take your cream in the ice cube mould out of the fridge and bash it out of the moulds. Step 7: 7) push the cream into the middle of the jelly(s) and put it back into the fridge until completely set. Step 8: before serving take the jelly out of the fridge and leave for 10 mins so the cream thaws out Step 9: 8) serve cold , when you cut into the jelly the cream should spill out. Step 10: 9)enjoy !
