Ingredients: 1 egg; 4 tbs of cream cheese or cottage cheese; 2 tbs of milk; 1/4th cup grated cheese; pinch of salt; pinch of pepper; pinch of onion powder

A quick and cheesey way to dress up any pasta dish!

Ingredients

1 egg
4 tbs of cream cheese or cottage cheese
2 tbs of milk
1/4th cup grated cheese
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
pinch of onion powder

Instructions

STEP 1:

Put the cream cheese or cottage cheese in a sauce pan and heat up till melted. Then add milk, grated cheese, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Whisk until melted and gooey. Then lastly add the egg. Be sure to whisk right away to prevent egg chunks.. This makes it super creamy and delish!
