Step 1:
1) boil the noodles without adding the flavoring (i usually save the packets for making soup) Step 3:
2) while they’re boiling, mix together in a bowl, 1 big tablespoon of peanut butter, half a tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 & 1/2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce Step 5:
3) drain the noodles and mix them in with the sauce mix you made (do it when it’s hot so the peanut butter melts into the noodles x3) Step 8:
if you like it salty-add more soy sauce, sweet-add more chilli sauce, low-fat- less peanut butter or skip the peanut butter (it still tastes good without 🙂 ) Step 10:
i think it taste more like the real thing if you whisk an egg, make a very thin well-cooked omlette, cut it into small strips and mix it in (or just scrambled egg) Step 12:
another, more time-consuming way is to do steps 1 to 3, heat a pan, fry some crudited (small strips) vegetables and then, when they’re almost cooked, add the noodles in the pan and enjoy some delicious fried noodles! :d
