Step 1:

  • Heat your oil/butter in a frying pan on a medium head until melted.

  • Add 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped garlic clove, allow to cook for 3 minutes.
  • Step 3:

  • Add your bacon rashers (whole or sliced into strips) and cook to preference
  • Step 4:

  • Top off sandwich with sauce of choice, or leave as intended
