Sweet & Soy Chicken

This super simple dish is a lovely new meal to have, with a nice sweet but not too much flavour!

Ingredients

  • ? diced chicken breast – 500g
  • ? 3 onions, diced
  • ? 300ml apple juice
  • ? 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • ? 1 tbsp tomato purée

Instructions

  1. ? cook the chicken as desired

  2. ? in a large pan, fry off the onion until softening

  3. ? add the tomato purée and apple juice, mixing well. You can add garlic too if wanted/liked

  4. ? cover and simmer – the sauce will thicken up, generally over 10-15 minutes.

  5. ? add the cooked chicken, then the soy sauce

  6. ? coat the chicken well in the sauce

  7. ? serve up on a bed of rice or pasta. Enjoy!
