Step 1:

  • ? cook the chicken as desired
  • Step 2:

  • ? in a large pan, fry off the onion until softening
  • Step 3:

  • ? add the tomato purée and apple juice, mixing well. You can add garlic too if wanted/liked
  • Step 4:

  • ? cover and simmer – the sauce will thicken up, generally over 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 5:

  • ? add the cooked chicken, then the soy sauce
  • Step 6:

  • ? coat the chicken well in the sauce
  • Step 7:

  • ? serve up on a bed of rice or pasta. Enjoy!
