Step 1: Dice your chicken breasts into decent sizes slices and fry them of on a med heat in a little oil.
Step 2: Add a little pinch of salt and pepper half way through.
Step 3: once chicken has cooked add some Thai sweet chilli sauce to the chicken and ster right through so all the chicken is coated.
Step 5: (this part is optional)
Step 6: Dice some fresh mint ((not to much just a leaf or 2)) finely and also add to the pan ster again so all chicken is coated then pop on a plate tuck in and enjoy!! 🙂
Step 8: ((This is best served with fresh salad with lemon dressing and rice)))
