Step 1:
Heat the Olive Oil in the pan Step 2:
Slice the onion into rough slices and finely chop the garlic and then add to the oil on a medium heat. Step 3:
Heat up another pan with water and through in the pasta (should take 3-5 minutes if fresh) Step 4:
Finely slice the rest of the vegetables and add rest of the vegetables once onion has softened. Step 5:
Once pasta is cooked, drain and add to the vegetable mixture once rest of the veg have cooked. Step 6:
Pour in sweet chilli sauce – depends on size of portion but about half a bottle should be fine.& Blue dragon is available. Step 7:
Season with crushed chillies. Step 8:
Simmer on a medium heat until pasta absorbs sweet chilli.. Step 10:
Serve and sprinkle with cheese!
