Step 1:

  • Heat the Olive Oil in the pan
  • Step 2:

  • Slice the onion into rough slices and finely chop the garlic and then add to the oil on a medium heat.
  • Step 3:

  • Heat up another pan with water and through in the pasta (should take 3-5 minutes if fresh)
  • Step 4:

  • Finely slice the rest of the vegetables and add rest of the vegetables once onion has softened.
  • Step 5:

  • Once pasta is cooked, drain and add to the vegetable mixture once rest of the veg have cooked.
  • Step 6:

  • Pour in sweet chilli sauce – depends on size of portion but about half a bottle should be fine.& Blue dragon is available.
  • Step 7:

  • Season with crushed chillies.
  • Step 8:

  • Simmer on a medium heat until pasta absorbs sweet chilli..
  • Step 9:

  • Step 10:

  • Serve and sprinkle with cheese!

  • Delish!
