Step 1:

  • Grate your sweet potato.
  • Step 2:

  • wisk your egg and flour untill there are no lumps.
  • Step 3:

  • mix the grated potato, batter, paprika and sweet corn together.
  • Step 4:

  • your mixture should be thick and sticky.
  • Step 5:

  • shape the mix into bitesize balls and and fry in a deep pan or deep fat fryer.
  • Step 6:

  • once the bhajis are done put the on kitchen paper to drain the oil off
  • Step 7:

  • enjoy
