Sweet Potato Bhajis
Mmmmm so so crispy
Step 1: Grate your sweet potato.
Step 2: wisk your egg and flour untill there are no lumps.
Step 3: mix the grated potato, batter, paprika and sweet corn together.
Step 4: your mixture should be thick and sticky.
Step 5: shape the mix into bitesize balls and and fry in a deep pan or deep fat fryer.
Step 6: once the bhajis are done put the on kitchen paper to drain the oil off
