Sweet Potato Bhajis Mmmmm so so crispy By Guest Contributor May 20, 2015 Snack Preparation Time h m Cook Time h mServings0 Ingredients 1 sweet potato1 tin of sweet corn50g flour1 egg1 tsp paprika!vegetable oil Instructions Step 1: Grate your sweet potato. Step 2: wisk your egg and flour untill there are no lumps. Step 3: mix the grated potato, batter, paprika and sweet corn together. Step 4: your mixture should be thick and sticky. Step 5: shape the mix into bitesize balls and and fry in a deep pan or deep fat fryer. Step 6: once the bhajis are done put the on kitchen paper to drain the oil off Step 7: enjoy Show Comments ▼
