Sweet tomato spaghetti

An intensely sweet tomato spaghetti dish!

Ingredients
- One tube of tomato puree
- A handful of chopped onion
- A pinch of grated garlic
- One teaspoon of sugar
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
- Spaghetti
Instructions
Put the spaghetti on to boil.
Meanwhile, pour a small glug of olive oil in a saucepan.
Fry off the chopped onion for a few minutes until it gets a little softer and add the grated garlic.
Squeeze in a very large amount of tomato puree (I usually use about 2/3 of a tube).
Add a teaspoon of caster sugar (or granulated if that’s all you have).
Put in a good pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix well and wait until it’s fully heated through.
Drain off the spaghetti, add the sauce and ENJOY!
