Ingredients
- 1 400g tin creamed sweetcorn (green giant do one)
- 2 diced onion
- 4 chicken oxo
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- half a teaspoon cumin
- 1.5 litre boiling water
Instructions
fry onion and garlic in a little olive oil for 3 mins, add creamed sweetcorn water and oxo cubes and cumin.
simmer for 20 mins
blitz with a hand blender and serve
