Sweetcorn soup

cheap and delicious

Ingredients

• 1 400g tin creamed sweetcorn (green giant do one)
• 2 diced onion
• 4 chicken oxo
• 1 clove garlic crushed
• half a teaspoon cumin
• 1.5 litre boiling water

Instructions

STEP 1:

fry onion and garlic in a little olive oil for 3 mins, add creamed sweetcorn water and oxo cubes and cumin.

STEP 2:

simmer for 20 mins

STEP 3:

blitz with a hand blender and serve
