Step 1: Let the frying pan heat up while you prepare the egg mixture. You want to get it hot enough, so that a drop of water will dance around for a second or two before evaporating!
Step 2: crack the egg(s) into the small container and mix with the fork until the yolk and whites are combined.
Step 3: add the soy sauce and mix again.
Step 4: i like to add some granulated sweetener and sesame oil because i like mine sweet and flavoursome!
Step 5: when you’re sure the pan’s hot enough, add the oil and make sure if covers the base of the pan.
Step 6: slowly pour in the egg mixture, covering the base of the pan.
Step 7: when it’s cooked, use the fork to fold in all the sides to form a square. Roll up the square to make a cylinder.
Step 9: cut up into slices and enjoy!
