Step 1:

  • Let the frying pan heat up while you prepare the egg mixture. You want to get it hot enough, so that a drop of water will dance around for a second or two before evaporating!
  • Step 2:

  • crack the egg(s) into the small container and mix with the fork until the yolk and whites are combined.
  • Step 3:

  • add the soy sauce and mix again.
  • Step 4:

  • i like to add some granulated sweetener and sesame oil because i like mine sweet and flavoursome!
  • Step 5:

  • when you’re sure the pan’s hot enough, add the oil and make sure if covers the base of the pan.
  • Step 6:

  • slowly pour in the egg mixture, covering the base of the pan.
  • Step 7:

  • when it’s cooked, use the fork to fold in all the sides to form a square. Roll up the square to make a cylinder.
