Tamagoyaki

A delicious japanese rolled omelette.
Difficulty Level: easy
Ingredients
- – 1 or 2 medium eggs
- – 1 1/2 teaspoons of light soy sauce (if you use dark, use less!)
- – a little oil.
- – a small frying pan.
- – a small cup or container.
- – a fork.
Instructions
Let the frying pan heat up while you prepare the egg mixture. You want to get it hot enough, so that a drop of water will dance around for a second or two before evaporating!
crack the egg(s) into the small container and mix with the fork until the yolk and whites are combined.
add the soy sauce and mix again.
i like to add some granulated sweetener and sesame oil because i like mine sweet and flavoursome!
when you’re sure the pan’s hot enough, add the oil and make sure if covers the base of the pan.
slowly pour in the egg mixture, covering the base of the pan.
when it’s cooked, use the fork to fold in all the sides to form a square. Roll up the square to make a cylinder.
cut up into slices and enjoy!
