Tasty Bolognese! 4 meals!!

A very saucy bolognese dish makes a large quantity!

STEP 1:

1. Finely chop the onion, add the olive oil to a large frying pan/ pan put on medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion stirring regularly to ensure it does not burn, cook until the onion becomes golden/ brown.

3. Add the mince to the pan seperating it and stirring it regularly.

4. Whilst the mince is browning in the pan, roughly chop the garlic cloves and add to the pan.

5. Once the mince is all brown and there is no sign of pinkness, add the carton of chopped tomatos mix in then add the ragu sauce once simmering leave for 5 minutes.

6. Boil the kettle and add boiling water to a separate pan and the pasta to the pan and put on medium heat.

7. Stir the bolognese sauce frequently and cook for a further 15 minutes.

8. Once the pasta is cooked (which usually takes 8-12 minutes) drain and place on a plate.

9. Ladel some of the bolognese sauce on top and serve :)!

This recipe makes a large vat of bolognese which once cooled can be stored in the fridge for around 3 days. Reheat in batchs. Enjoy!!!
