Ingredients

  • 3 LARGE FREE RANGE EGGS
  • SALT AND PEPPER
  • LARGE KNOB BUTTER
  • HANDFUL GRATED CHEESE
  • HANDFUL CHOPPED HAM

Instructions

  1. WHISK IN A JUG 3 EGGS AND ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

  2. MELT A LARGE KNOB OF BUTTER IN A FRYING PAN OVER A MEDIUM HEAT

  3. ADD THE EGG MIXTURE AND IMMEDIATELY START TO GENTLY WHISK IN THE PAN

  4. FOR 30 SECONDS

  5. ALLOW OMMLETTE TO SET IN PAN NOW FOR 1 MINUTE

  6. GENTLY FLICK UP ALL THE EDGES OF THE OMLETTE WITH A SPATULA OR FISH SLICE

  7. ADD CHEESE AND HAM TO TOM OF OMLETTE

  8. ONCE CHEESE IS MELTED YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FOLD ONE HALF OF THE OMLETTE OVER THE OTHER HALF IN THE PAN

  9. TIP ONTO A PLATE AND SERVE WITH SALAD
