ADD THE EGG MIXTURE AND IMMEDIATELY START TO GENTLY WHISK IN THE PAN Step 5:
ALLOW OMMLETTE TO SET IN PAN NOW FOR 1 MINUTE Step 6:
GENTLY FLICK UP ALL THE EDGES OF THE OMLETTE WITH A SPATULA OR FISH SLICE Step 7:
ADD CHEESE AND HAM TO TOM OF OMLETTE Step 8:
ONCE CHEESE IS MELTED YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FOLD ONE HALF OF THE OMLETTE OVER THE OTHER HALF IN THE PAN Step 9:
TIP ONTO A PLATE AND SERVE WITH SALAD
