Instructions

Step 1:

  • WHISK IN A JUG 3 EGGS AND ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • Step 2:

  • MELT A LARGE KNOB OF BUTTER IN A FRYING PAN OVER A MEDIUM HEAT
  • Step 3:

  • ADD THE EGG MIXTURE AND IMMEDIATELY START TO GENTLY WHISK IN THE PAN
  • Step 4:

  • FOR 30 SECONDS
  • Step 5:

  • ALLOW OMMLETTE TO SET IN PAN NOW FOR 1 MINUTE
  • Step 6:

  • GENTLY FLICK UP ALL THE EDGES OF THE OMLETTE WITH A SPATULA OR FISH SLICE
  • Step 7:

  • ADD CHEESE AND HAM TO TOM OF OMLETTE
  • Step 8:

  • ONCE CHEESE IS MELTED YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FOLD ONE HALF OF THE OMLETTE OVER THE OTHER HALF IN THE PAN
  • Step 9:

  • TIP ONTO A PLATE AND SERVE WITH SALAD
