Ingredients

  • Quorn chicken fillets, philadelphia cheese, mixed herbs, cheddar cheese, vegatables etc to accompany

Instructions

  1. Grab one or two quorn chicken fillets from the freezer (depending on how hungry you are), put some oil in a pan and turn it on. Fry the fillets in the pan for about 5 minutes until goldenish on the outside and defrosted, then take out and cut them through the middle, though not in half. Shove a bit of philly, some cheddar and the herbs in the hole in the middle, whack the oven on to around 180 degrees, place on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes or until all the cheddar has melted and is bubbly. Serve how you like, i normally do it with a pitta bread and potato wedges and a few veggies to make it super healthy, yum!
