Step 1:

  • Grab one or two quorn chicken fillets from the freezer (depending on how hungry you are), put some oil in a pan and turn it on. Fry the fillets in the pan for about 5 minutes until goldenish on the outside and defrosted, then take out and cut them through the middle, though not in half. Shove a bit of philly, some cheddar and the herbs in the hole in the middle, whack the oven on to around 180 degrees, place on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes or until all the cheddar has melted and is bubbly. Serve how you like, i normally do it with a pitta bread and potato wedges and a few veggies to make it super healthy, yum!
