Ingredients
- Tuna
- Teriyaki sauce
- red onion
- jacket potato
- red pepper
Instructions
1. Cook the jacket potato in the oven at 220 for 1 hour
2. Whilst the potato is cooking mix 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce with a drained can of tuna
3. Dice the peppers and onions and add into the tuna
4. Cut the potato open and fill with the tuna mix
