thai beef steak with noodles a spicy tasty dish in just fifteen mins By Guest Contributor November 2, 2009 Beef Preparation Time h m Cook Time h mServings0 Ingredients large lump rump steak sliced thinly into stripshalf a red onion chopped and sliced finelyteaspoon lazy ginger in a jar or teaspoon fresh grated ginger2 red chilli chopped and deseeded1 tablespoon thai fish sauce1 tablespoon thai sweet chilli sauce1 tablespoon soy saucehalf a red and half a green pepper1 carrot sliced thinly into batonshalf a courgette sliced into batonsfew babycornhandful mange tout or sugar snap peasstriaght to wok noodles 1 packet Instructions Step 1: mix all the ingredients in a bowl except for the noodles and marinade together in a bowl for a few hours or as long as you have.
