Step 1: Peel and finely chop potatoes.Boil for 8-10mins and leave to cool.
Step 2: preheat oven to 180c
Step 3: grate cheese,and add to potato,with the s&p.Mash slightly with a fork.
Step 4: roll/stretch pastry to about 1cm thick
Step 5: spoon filling onto half,and fold spare half over sealing edges with butter,
Step 6: place on greased baking tray,and brush melted butter on top of pie.
Step 7: bake in oven for 25mins or until golden.
