Ingredients
- green kryptonite’
- – 25ml spiced rum
- – 25ml overproof rum (wray and nephew recommended)
- – 12.5ml blue curacao
- – 12.5ml lime juice
- – 50ml still ginger beer
- – butterscotch schnapps
- ‘blue kryptonite’
- – 50ml overproof rum
- – 12.5ml blue curacao
- – 12.5ml lime juice
- – 50ml still ginger beer
- -butterscotch schnapps
Instructions
Put all ingredients but schnapps into a mixing tin over ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Drizzle some schnapps into the centre of the drink. Garnish with lime wedge.
