A smooth but potent cocktail with a couple of variations.

Ingredients

green kryptonite’
– 25ml spiced rum
– 25ml overproof rum (wray and nephew recommended)
– 12.5ml blue curacao
– 12.5ml lime juice
– 50ml still ginger beer
– butterscotch schnapps
‘blue kryptonite’
– 50ml overproof rum
– 12.5ml blue curacao
– 12.5ml lime juice
– 50ml still ginger beer
-butterscotch schnapps

Instructions

STEP 1:

Put all ingredients but schnapps into a mixing tin over ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Drizzle some schnapps into the centre of the drink. Garnish with lime wedge.
