  • 2. Heat Olive oil in a pan and fry chickpeas in there juices. Cook for about 3-4 mins over moderate temperature until cooked.

  • 3. Add mushrooms and fry till cooked through.

  • 4. Add cooked macaroni, grated cheese (lots) and lots of pepper to season.

  • (If your not a veggie you could add tuna instead of mushrooms, still bloody good!)
