Healthy wholemeal toasted sandwich

Ingredients

  • Tinned fish of your choice – recomended princes sardindes in bbq sauces
  • Two slices of wholemeal bread
  • Low fat flora (if you want)
  • Pepper black (ground)

Instructions

  1. Step one: Toast the bread in a toaster

  2. Step two: mash sardines onto wholemeal bread ( better without margarine)

  3. Step three: sprinkle some ground black pepper

  4. Step four: Slice sandwich in two and eat and enjoy

  5. This meal is so healthy and filling
