Healthy wholemeal toasted sandwich

Ingredients
- Tinned fish of your choice – recomended princes sardindes in bbq sauces
- Two slices of wholemeal bread
- Low fat flora (if you want)
- Pepper black (ground)
Instructions
Step one: Toast the bread in a toaster
Step two: mash sardines onto wholemeal bread ( better without margarine)
Step three: sprinkle some ground black pepper
Step four: Slice sandwich in two and eat and enjoy
This meal is so healthy and filling
