Ingredients

  • A little oil
  • 350g firn cubed tofu
  • 8oz pak choi
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • a few table spoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 1-2 table spoons light soy sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Stir-fry tofu a few pieces at a time and leave on side.

  2. 2. stir-fry pak choi until soft and leave on side too.

  3. 3. add a little more oil and stir-fry garlic. stir in both sauces and bring to boil.

  4. 4. add tofu and pak choi again.

  5. 5. Eat up enough for 4
