Ingredients
- A little oil
- 350g firn cubed tofu
- 8oz pak choi
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- a few table spoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1-2 table spoons light soy sauce
Instructions
1. Stir-fry tofu a few pieces at a time and leave on side.
2. stir-fry pak choi until soft and leave on side too.
3. add a little more oil and stir-fry garlic. stir in both sauces and bring to boil.
4. add tofu and pak choi again.
5. Eat up enough for 4
