Stir-fry tofu a few pieces at a time and leave on side. Step 2: 2. stir-fry pak choi until soft and leave on side too. Step 3: 3. add a little more oil and stir-fry garlic. stir in both sauces and bring to boil. Step 4: 4. add tofu and pak choi again. Step 5: 5.
