Tomato Chicken Wrapped In Bacon

Ingredients

  • For 2 people
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 pack of bacon or parma ham
  • 1 carton/jar passata
  • 50g mozzarella cheese
  • 150-200ml double cream

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees

  2. cut all horrible bits off of chicken if any.

  3. cut breast into 3/4 bits depending on size.

  4. wrap bacon/parma ham round each piece of chicken.

  5. place each piece into a dish. Do not grease dish.

  6. pour passata and cream into jug or bowl and mix together.

  7. pour mixture over chicken (i always use extra passata as i like lots of it)

  8. sprinkle cheese over dish. (i normally make sure that every bit of cheese is not on top of sauce and i use less cheese as it can be a bit much)

  9. place in preheated oven for 35-40 mins.

  10. i like to have a little bit of pasta, hash browns and a little bit of fried rice with it.
