Step 1:

  • Pre heat oven to 180 degrees

  • cut all horrible bits off of chicken if any.
  • Step 4:

  • cut breast into 3/4 bits depending on size.
  • Step 5:

  • wrap bacon/parma ham round each piece of chicken.
  • Step 6:

  • place each piece into a dish. Do not grease dish.
  • Step 7:

  • pour passata and cream into jug or bowl and mix together.
  • Step 9:

  • pour mixture over chicken (i always use extra passata as i like lots of it)
  • Step 10:

  • sprinkle cheese over dish. (i normally make sure that every bit of cheese is not on top of sauce and i use less cheese as it can be a bit much)

  • place in preheated oven for 35-40 mins.

  • i like to have a little bit of pasta, hash browns and a little bit of fried rice with it.
