Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbs slat
  • water
  • polenta
  • butter
  • parmasan (grated)
  • rosmary
  • large tomato
  • mushrooms
  • garlic
  • olivee oil
  • A rocket
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Make salted water

  2. add polenta

  3. add butter

  4. cheese and herbs

  5. Cool

  6. Put in fridge

  7. Heat tomato and mushrooms,olive oil then marinate

  8. Preheat oven

  9. Bake for 15 mins

  10. Grill polentna

  11. Put tomato on top
