Tomato Noodles (With Egg)

A quick, healthy recipe that’s also meat-free.

Ingredients
- Dried Noodles (However much you want.)
- One carrot, finely chopped.
- Half an onion, finely chopped.
- Spoonfull of sugar. (Brown is best)
- One clove of garlic, finely chopped.
- One teaspoon of paprika.
- Half a teaspoon of chilli powder. (YOu may want to add more or less depending on your taste.)
- Two teaspoons of tomato puree.
- One tablespoon of tomato ketchup.
- One egg (for each person eating)
Instructions
-Boil some water and cook noodles until soft.
-Heat up large frying pan with a small amount of oil. Add onion and garlic, fry until cooked then add sugar and small amount of water. Continue to cook until water had boiled away and onion is a shade of brown.
-Add carrots and a bit more water and cook for five minutes, before adding in paprika and chilli powder.
-Stir until the spices are distributed, then add tomato puree and ketchup. When the carrot are a reddish hue from the sauce, add in the noodles and stir.
-Take the pan off the heat and fry the egg/s in a separate pan. When they’re done to your liking,place the noodles on the plate/s and top with egg.
