Step 1:

  • -Boil some water and cook noodles until soft.
  • Step 2:

  • -Heat up large frying pan with a small amount of oil. Add onion and garlic, fry until cooked then add sugar and small amount of water. Continue to cook until water had boiled away and onion is a shade of brown.

  • -Add carrots and a bit more water and cook for five minutes, before adding in paprika and chilli powder.
  • Step 6:

  • -Stir until the spices are distributed, then add tomato puree and ketchup. When the carrot are a reddish hue from the sauce, add in the noodles and stir.

  • -Take the pan off the heat and fry the egg/s in a separate pan. When they’re done to your liking,place the noodles on the plate/s and top with egg.
