Tomatos on toast with a twist
Accidentally found that this is quite nice

Ingredients
- Bread
- Butter
- Tinned plum tomatoes
- 1/2 tea spoon of cinnamon (seriously…yes)
Instructions
Cook tomatoes in pan (not with all the water that comes in the tin though) and sprinkle the cinnamon over the tomatoes and stir until cooked through.
Toast the bread, and butter it.
Put tomatoes on the toast and be surprised!
