Easiest and healthier ways to make pizza
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/
Lay tortillas slightly overlapping on a baking tray.
Spread tomato puree evenly across the two tortillas, leaving a gap around the edge for a crust.
Sprinkle cheese across the pizzas, leaving a little spare to sprinkle over the toppings.
Cook veggies to soften as needed. (IE, mushrooms – cook for three minutes in the microwave with butter and black pepper).
Cook meat thoroughly before putting it on the pizza.
Sprinkle toppings over tortillas and add remaining cheese on top.
Place in the center of the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes until the sides are golden brown and crispy.
