Step 1:

  • 1) Chop up the tomatos into bite-size sizes and cut the mozzarella into quarters.
  • Step 2:

  • 2) Peel the avocado and cut it in half. Take out the pip and cut up both slices into small pieces.
  • Step 3:

  • 3) Throw it all into a bowl adding olive oil, vinegar and pepper for taste.
