STEP 1:

mozzarella
tomato

1) Chop up the tomatos into bite-size sizes and cut the mozzarella into quarters.

STEP 2:

avocado
eel

2) Peel the avocado and cut it in half. Take out the pip and cut up both slices into small pieces.

STEP 3:

olive
olive oil
vinegar

3) Throw it all into a bowl adding olive oil, vinegar and pepper for taste.
