(cut into small pieces)*3/4 cup whipping cream*2 tablespoon butter(chocolate shavings for Truffle coating)Instructions Step 1: *Place the chopped chocolate into a medium bowl. Set aside. Step 2: *Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Step 3: *Immediately pour the boiling cream over the chocolate and allow to stand for 5mins. Step 4: *Stir with a whisk until smooth. Step 5: *Cover and place in the refrigerator until the truffle mixture is firm. Step 6: * Place your coating for the truffles on a plate. Step 7: Remove the truffle mixture from the refrigerator. Step 8: *With your hands form the chocolate into bite-size balls. Step 9: Immediately roll the truffle in the coating and place in a tray.
