Step 1:

  • 1. Open the baked beans into a pan and place on heat

    • Step 2:

  • 2. Open and drain tuna and place into the pan of beans

    • Step 3:

  • 3. Mix together and cook until piping hot

    • Step 4:

  • 4. Prepare microwave rice according to instructions

    • Step 5:

  • 5. Place rice in hollow ring on plate (doughnut kind of shape)

    • Step 6:

  • 6. Place tuna/beans mixture in the middle

    • Step 7:

  • 7. Top with brown or bbq sauce for taste

    • Step 8:
